Terms of Service

KaziKit is an AI-powered career toolkit that helps Kenyan job seekers generate CVs and cover letters, discover and receive matched job listings, benchmark salaries, practise interviews, and track applications.

KaziKit provides tools and information only. We do not guarantee any employment outcome, interview, or job offer, and we do not guarantee that any document or listing will meet a particular employer's requirements.

• •You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Documents we generate are only as good as the details you give us.
• •Generated CVs and cover letters are drafts. You must review, edit, and verify them before submitting to any employer.
• •KaziKit does not guarantee employment outcomes. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

You must be 18 years or older to use KaziKit. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

• •Daily plans (KSh 30) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
• •Weekly and Monthly plans are refundable within 24 hours of purchase only if no documents (CV or cover letter) have been generated on the account.
• •All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings and include 16% VAT.
• •Payments are processed via M-Pesa. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.

To request an eligible refund, contact legal@kazikit.co.ke within the refund window.

You agree not to:

• •Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• •Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• •Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• •Resell, scrape, or misuse the service or its content without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaziKit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost opportunities, lost income, or reliance on generated documents or job listings. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
