Senior AI Trainer - Video Annotation & Robotics

Job Description

micro1 is hiring 1,000 Senior AI Trainers for a remote project focused on improving AI system accuracy through video annotation and data labeling.

You'll review footage of robotic arms performing assigned tasks, identify important actions and outcomes, create precise timestamp-based annotations, and apply detailed grading guidelines to produce high-quality training data.

What You'll Do

Review video footage of robotic arms performing assigned tasks.

Identify and annotate important actions, transitions, and outcomes.

Apply detailed grading and annotation guidelines consistently.

Mark precise start and end timestamps for key events.

Perform frame-accurate segmentation of video sessions.

Check annotations for timestamp drift, alignment errors, and inconsistencies.

Correct inaccurate or misaligned annotations.

Use video annotation tools to record and submit completed datasets.

Collaborate with trainers and other contributors to resolve ambiguous cases.

Help improve annotation guidelines and consistency across the project.

Participate in ongoing quality reviews and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing visual data.

Ability to work independently in a remote project environment.

Ability to follow detailed annotation and grading guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with video annotation, data labeling, or similar annotation projects.

Familiarity with video annotation tools and timeline-based interfaces.

Experience with frame-level or timecode-based annotation.

Experience identifying and marking event boundaries in video footage.

Previous experience with AI training, machine-learning data preparation, or robotics projects is strongly preferred.

Contract & Compensation

This is a remote contractor opportunity with 1,000 openings.

Compensation is advertised at $50-$90 per hour.
