Growth Associate, Expert Recruiting

Role Overview

HumanSignal is hiring a Growth Associate to build the expert supply side of its Data Services business. The role involves sourcing, vetting, and onboarding specialized annotators and performers across different skill profiles and languages to support AI data projects.

Responsibilities

Source specialists through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, universities, and niche networks.

Recruit hard-to-find profiles, including non-English language specialists, regional dialect speakers, designers, clinicians, and other experts.

Use AI workflows and automation to test and scale effective sourcing channels.

Develop vetting and assessment processes based on project requirements and expertise.

Maintain relationships with experts between projects to keep the talent roster active and available.

Work with project and delivery leads to translate customer requirements into candidate profiles.

Help expand staffed capacity to support additional customer projects.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other sourcing tools.

Experience building AI workflows to scale successful processes and improve annotator experience.

Comfortable managing funnel metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, conversion, and time-to-fill.

Strong written communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments such as startups, agencies, consulting, or similar organizations.

Resilience, proactivity, and flexibility to adapt strategies when results or project requirements change.
