Graphic Design Expert

Role

Review and rate graphic design samples to help train AI models to evaluate visual design quality.

Evaluate typography, visual hierarchy, color, layout, composition, design elements, and overall effectiveness.

Apply standardized 1-5 rating scales across hundreds of examples.

Follow detailed guidelines and participate in weekly calibration sessions.

Meet quality and consistency benchmarks while handling high volumes of work.

Requirements

Formal training in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, OR 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.

Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to objectively evaluate design against established principles.

Strong attention to detail, focus, communication, and consistency.

Comfortable with repetitive evaluation work and independent remote tasks.

Minimum 10 hours/week availability for at least 3 months.

Preferred

Design portfolio.

Experience in design review, art direction, or quality assurance.

Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility and inclusive design.

Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.

Prior annotation, content moderation, or quality evaluation experience.

Knowledge of branding, editorial, digital, or UX/UI design.

Exposure to AI/ML, computer vision, design systems, or component libraries.
